Careful selection of subcontractors: Premio Incentives seeks companies who share our views and understand what incentive programs involve. We are aware that a successful incentive trip depends, first and foremost, the highest quality of the services provided. Therefore, we encourage our chosen partners to participate in regular training and to update courses periodically to offer the best services for our clients.

Internal procedures: Our trademark is organization. Premio Incentives has clearly established procedures and policies to make the flow of our business flawless. Our "state-of-the-art" office equipment is continually being updated, taking into consideration both our client’s needs and the rapid changes taking place within the industry.

Ongoing destination research: Costa Rica is currently undergoing a process of development as an emerging incentive destination. At Premio Incentives, we evaluate all existing motivational services with our partners on a regular basis and, at the same time, review and research possibilities for new proposals, wanting to have constant updates and innovations for our clients.
