"Don Ramón" is a person of big ideas and a vast experience; he always has a critical approach to every project and decision in Premio Incentives. He likes to chat and meet new people - in fact, he coordinated AFS, an international student exchange program in Costa Rica-; he enjoys trying exotic meals and flavors, and getting involved in cultural projects.

Adriana Salas – Executive Manager
Adriana is Premio’s “orchestra director”. She’s got the talent to coordinate complex programs while, at the same time, keeping track of the smallest details. Adriana’s sense of organization and “extra-mile” performance makes of her the ideal person to manage both the day-to-day activities and the product development at Premio. She loves traveling, going out for dinner, and enjoys very much the rural lifestyle and atmosphere.
