Costa Rica as your meeting & incentive destination
¡Costa Rica Pura vida!

Travelling to Costa Rica

International Airports
Commercial international flights to Costa Rica land in two airports: Juan Santamaría International Airport (situated 17km or 11 miles northwest of San José) and Daniel Oduber International Airport (in the city of Liberia in the Guanacaste province).

If your incentive program plans on starting or ending the trip in San José, visit the mid-Pacific region or making a roundtrip of the country, it is advisable to arrive at the San José International Airport, which offers a modern brand new terminal.

If your employee appreciation program will be visiting the North Pacific area only, then the Liberia International Airport is recommended. This airport has been recently upgraded and is a preferred landing spot for charter and private flights. Delta, Continental and American Airlines make stops at this airport.

Access
A wide range of scheduled and chartered airlines fly into San José International Airport and Liberia International Airport on the north-west, linking the country with major cities in North and South America and Europe.
