Premio Incentives offers numerous ways to enhance your incentive program and make the best of your destination management. There are numerous ways to make the most of a program and treat your guests with exceptional service. Below you will find some of our suggestions.

Welcome inside the Airport
Upon arrival to the San José International Airport participants are identified as clients of Premio Incentives inside the restricted areas of the terminal. They are welcome by authorized personnel who guide them through immigration, the luggage claim area and customs to facilitate the arrival procedures. Once outside, our representatives greet them and lead them to the motor coaches where they will be taking to their predestined accommodations. This specialized treatment gives your incentive travel group a measure of comfort and motivation in knowing that they are being treated personally.

Porterage Service at the Airport
Not only can Premio Incentives arrange for authorized personnel to greet your group at the airport, but we can also arrange for porters to assist you with your luggage by placing your bags/suitcases on platforms reserved for the exclusive use of the group before leaving the terminal. This service is available both upon arrival and departure.

Luggage Trucks
Upon request, Premio Incentives offers the service of ground transportation of luggage on trucks supervised by our staff. The average capacity is 100 pieces per truck.

Evening & VIP Transfers
If your group wants to step out for the evening and enjoy Costa Rica’s spicy night life or if you wish to journey across the country in complete comfort, our travel organization offers lavish air-conditioned vehicles escorted by our staff. Due to the characteristics of the country, transfers for VIPs are offered either in deluxe minivans or in deluxe four-wheel drive vehicles. Services may be upgraded by offering cold facial chilled towels, drinks and dry snacks. Longer transfers may include some entertainment as well.

Flowers
Also available are all kinds of flower arrangements such as bouquets, wristbands, corsages, garden plants, and exotic flowers. Take advantage of the climate and let us surprise you with exclusive tropical creations, which can serve as beautiful and original motivators for your group.

Gifts
Surprise your incentives travel group with any of our special gifts and give-aways. Some of Premio Incentives best buys are our famous coffee, edible souvenirs made out of local products such as marmalades, exotic sauces and liquor, hand-made items in recycled banana paper, tobacco and coffee paper, the eco-fit survival kit for the tropics, explorer hats, T-shirts and beach towels with tropical motifs, among lots more. If you are looking for an original souvenir to take back and remember your amazing time in Costa Rica, Premio Incentives will provide it for you.

Hospitality desk
Our multilingual staff at Premio Incentives’ hospitality desk will assist and inform you about the program, optional excursions, restaurant reservations and group activities. Desk attendance may be adapted according to the group’s schedule. If you have a special request regarding specific languages, just let us know in advance.

Musical entertainment
If there is a certified way to enhance your event and make it a memorable experience, it is by providing live music. Premio Incentives offers different types of musical programs that correspond to the theme of your party or dinner. Options include singers, guitarists, classical ensembles, dance bands and Mariachi groups, among others. We can also arrange for dance instructors show you how to dance to Salsa, Merengue, and other hot Latin rhythms. Just shake it on down!

Photography & film
There is nothing better to motivate an employee than a keepsake of their amazing journey through Costa Rica, something by which they will remember the great time they spend while on their incentive program. Our travel organization can arrange for photographers or film crews to take group pictures or film videos. At your request, they can stay with the group during the entire trip. Gifts such as a complete picture book or video memory may be given away to participants as a cherished memento.
